I ordered from tomford.com and, silly me, I assumed the tracking would actually tell me where my package is. It said it shipped, then nothing happened for days, and then it suddenly popped up with an “exception” message that explained absolutely nothing. Super helpful. Customer service basically told me to just wait, which is always nice when you’ve paid Tom Ford prices. Still no package, still no real delivery date, and still wondering why this has to be so complicated.

I stopped in looking for two specific items, but only one was actually available. For me, if I’m making the trip, I kind of expect the basics to be in stock, so it was a little disappointing.

I ordered from tomford.com and the payment part was easy. They had the regular card options, and I was glad to see PayPal there too, since I kinda prefer using that when I shop online.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that I wish the pay later options were a little more obvious or had a few more choices. Other than that, everything went through fine with no errors or weird delays

I ordered a bottle with initials engraved as a small gift for my cousin, and it came out pretty much exactly how I typed it in. The spacing looked clean and nothing was off, which I was a little nervous about. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but overall I’m happy with how it turned out

The quality is really good. I wasn’t totally sure how this thing would be at first, but it feels solid and just nicer than I expected.

got the bottle and everything looked legit. i checked the batch code too and it came back fine, so no complaints here.

It fits alright, but it definitely runs smaller than I expected. The wording made it sound like it would be true to size, so that was misleading. I’d probably recommend sizing up if you don’t want it to feel tight.
